SRK spills the beans on Salman

King Khan comments on Salman Khan and his ex-Aishwarya Rai Bachchan

Salman-n-Shahrukh showdown at Katrina's birthday bash sparked one of the biggest controversies in Bollywood this year. While Salman had no qualms been vocal about his rift with King Khan, SRK initially opted to dodge the media questions by taking the infamous, “No comments” stand.

The articulate Shahrukh finally decided to break his silence in an interview as the star quoted, “Salman and I are two very different people, and there is not much common ground we share. He is from the film industry and I am from the outside. He's got a way of living, and mine is different. We have houses on the same street, but once you enter our homes, they are very different. Sometimes opposites attract but in our case, there is not much common to really sit down and chat.” Insiders at Kat's party revealed that it was Shahrukh's comments for Aishwarya Rai Bachchan which ticked off Salman, who instantly lost his cool, but SRK openly shunned the rumors by expressing, “I cannot speak ill for any woman ever in my life. I take great amount of pride in the fact that I have a huge amount of respect for women.” SRK even joked that Salman has done the smartest thing by quoting, “I will never forgive SRK.” Prior to the controversy, SRK had shared that he was soon planning to work with Salman.

Fans are hoping that the two Khans soon reconcile their differences so they can see the 'Karan-Arjun' jodi back on the big screen.
